Corporate delivery hours are Monday to Sunday, 8:00 a.m. – 2 p.m.

Deliveries are scheduled within a 30-minute window.

On Saturday, delivery and pick-up orders require a $500 minimum spend. Delivery outside of regular hours is available; additional fees will apply based on location.

Delivery fees include equipment pick-up on the next business day between 8:00 a.m. – 12 p.m. Please ensure the equipment is ready for pick-up. Additional fees will apply for multiple trips. Same-day equipment pick-up is available; additional fees will apply.

Our regular office hours are Monday through Friday, 9:00 am to 5 pm.

We require a minimum of 48 hours in advance for all our services.

Delivery/Pick-up orders must be placed 48 hours in advance of the service date.

For larger orders (over 20 people ), advance notice is required.

Custom requests and large-volume orders should ideally be placed 2 weeks in advance, but we will always do our best to accommodate requests.

All orders are subject to availability, we will do our best to accommodate but our kitchen/driving schedule can fill up in advance. 

A cancellation notice must be provided at least 48 hours (2 business days) in advance for all delivery/pick-up orders. 

A 50% deposit is required for all orders over $200.

We are pleased to accommodate all allergies and dietary restrictions to the best of our ability. Crisp Cuisine Catering is not an allergen-free facility, however, we will do our best to avoid cross-contamination.

Mark provided an absolutely divine 5 course dinner for 6 guests. All the dishes were so deliciously and we can hardly wait to do this again.

Our guests were very impressed and were interested in doing a event for themselves. Mark is real personable and left the kitchen spotless after the dinner. We highly recommend this dining experience.
