No. In order to prepare and serve dinner effectively, everyone will be served the same courses.
First we require a 30% deposit to confirm your booking, then we set the menu.
For a “Crisp Evening” you choose one of each course from our seasonal menu.
If you’ve chosen a “Crisp Experience” or a “Crisp Odyssey” Chef Mark will reach out to you shortly to discuss menu options.
Our guests were very impressed and were interested in doing a event for themselves. Mark is real personable and left the kitchen spotless after the dinner. We highly recommend this dining experience.
